Scoop a small amount and warm between hands. Massage into dry or rough areas such as elbows, knees, hands, and heels.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Due to its structured formulation, Bear may soften in warm temperatures or firm in cooler conditions. This does not affect performance.

Allow balm to return to room temperature if exposed to heat.
