Storage

Store your balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they naturally respond to changes in temperature. If your balm softens or melts, simply allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator until it firms again. While whipped balms may lose some of their airy texture after melting, they will remain just as nourishing and effective.

Each Joyful Rose product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully chosen natural ingredients. Slight variations in color, texture, and aroma are completely normal and reflect the beauty of working with nature.
